We visited Mill Creek for the first time during Spring Break 2009, and we immediately fell in love with the resort.  The staff that greeted us were so nice and helpful, and they even escorted us to our RV site.  The next day we visited the cottage models, and we quickly became intrigued by the possibility of owning our own cottage at Mill Creek and earning rental income each month.  We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to become cottage owners, and we look forward to becoming frequent visitors to Mill Creek.   We were back at the resort in our RV for Easter, and our son loved the Easter Egg Hunt and the visit from the Easter Bunny.  You have developed an awesome resort, and it is really nice getting to spend quality time with the family so close to our real home. The cabin we purchased is so beautiful and we love it so much!  Most of all we like the fact that Mill Creek has sent us a check every month since we bought it.  We have a place to go that’s away from the big city but not too far that it costs a lot to travel there; and it has cost us nothing but the initial purchase price. This is a wonderful getaway concept!

We have purchased our cottage as an investment.  I can say that since we have purchased the cottage, we have never had to write a check; however, we have received one.  It is a vacation home that pays for itself.  We don’t even have to pay TV, internet, or property taxes.  We just have to go to the bank to deposit our checks.  It has been a solid financial investment.  We look forward to many more trips to the bank, thanks to MCR!
