Premium sites are lakeside or nestled in the trees with stand up grills, patio table and chairs, and a lighted pedestal for your outdoor pleasure. We offer concierge service to escort you to your site and assist. We are located just across the road from the world famous First Monday Trade Days. We provide regularly scheduled complimentary shuttle service to the Trade Days.

- Pull Throughs: $40/day - $240/week - $750/monthly
- Back-ins: $35/day – $210/week - $700/monthly
- Electricity included in monthly RV rates
- Premium RV Sites: $50/day - $300/week
- Pull Throughs First Monday Trade Days Weekend $54/day
- Back-ins First Monday Trade Days Weekend $49/day
- Premium RV Sites Trade Days Weekend $64/day
- Rally rates $30/day (this rate not available on Trade Days Weekend)
- Winter Special $600/monthly (December 5 – March 2)
