- Depending on number of guest and type of event you are hosting we have several venues available.
- Grand Lodge our premium venue location.
- Hickory/Sycamore rooms is meeting rooms within the Grand Lodge.
- Outdoor Pavilion is our covered open-air venue with kitchen accommodations.
- Sage room is meeting room within the RV Lodge to accommodate a small group of less than 10 guests.

We do offer catering with a wide variety of options or could design options specific for you needs. Yes, you could bring in outside catering in select venues.
Is a deposit required?
- Yes, a 20% deposit upon signing a contract

- We area TABC licensed facility and offer bar services, therefore no outside alcohol is permitted in our venue areas.
Is there audiovisual available?
- Yes, we have permanent and portable screens, projectors and sound equipment available for rent

The Grand Lodge
The Grand Lodge is our largest indoor space, accommodating corporate events, family reunions and other large gatherings of up to 100 guests.
The Pavilion
The pavilion offers a wonderful location for corporate and social events in Canton, TX, accommodating up to 150 guests. Mill Creek Ranch Resort can cater for you or you can cook your own meal at the pavilion. A full kitchen, smoker, large grill and refrigeration make this a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.
Hickory and Sycamore Rooms
The Hickory Sycamore room, located at The Grand Lodge, is suited to any type of meeting you may need. It is equipped with screens and LCD overhead projectors. Whether you need a U-shaped table, classroom, or theater style, we can accommodate. The rooms can fit up to 60 guests with tables and chairs comfortably, or 80 guests theater style.
The Cabana
The Cabana offers a wonderful location for all groups and social events in Canton, TX.. Mill Creek Ranch Resort can cater for you or you can cook your own meal at the Cabana. A large grill, ice cooler and prep area make this a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Adjacent to the RV Lodge pool area and large fire pit.
