EcoCabins now has two new models on our resort ready for immediate purchase (the “Zoe” and the “Levi”), ready when you are! This means you don’t have to wait for you new cottage to be built. Everything is included from the furniture, dishes, linens and decorations, all you need is your clothes and food. If you’re willing to wait, they have other cabin models available for you to choose from. EcoCabins also has easy financing options for their new models They are also offering a try before you buy to anyone who stays in one of the the EcoCabins spec units and then decides to purchase the unit they stayed in. This means up to 7 nights of your stay will be reimbursed to the new cottage buyer. EcoCabins is also offering a $500 referral fee or free two night’s stay to anyone who sends us a buyer for our cabins for sale in Texas, so if you know anyone looking for a wonderful place to buy a vacation home send them our way. As usual, purchasing an EcoCabin on our property also provides you with the normal perks of Mill Creek Ranch Resort cottage ownership, such as no HOA dues, no property taxes, the possibility for rental income while you are away, very few ongoing expenses and no maintenance. (All maintenance, including cleaning, landscaping/lawn care, security, cable/internet is provided by your friendly staff at Mill Creek Ranch Resort.)
For all of our patrons, owners or visitors, as we finish filling the final part of Phase I of our resort, look for some new amenities on the horizon.
