Guest Service Representative
Our guest service representatives assist guests with all aspects of the reservations process. They check in and check out the guest along with all aspects of customer service and the needs of our guests. Our guest services team is made up of front desk representatives that take care of all aspects of the reservations process, as well as our concierges that help provide transportation to and from cottages.
Maintenance Department
Our Maintenance team does it all here at the resort from HVAC, plumbing, electrical and everything in between. We have 200 acres of beautiful East Texas land and our landscaping team maintains the resorts beautiful grounds.
Housekeeping
We take pride in providing a beautiful and clean resort. Our housekeeping team takes care of all aspects of maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the resort.
