The Texas Association of Metal Detecting Clubs (TAMDC) is putting together a 5th Garrett Memorial Hunt this spring! This is among the best places to metal detect in East Texas. Treasure hunters from all over are welcome to Canton, Texas, to join in on the fun! Enjoy an event with great prizes, friendly people, and the best places to metal detect. This extraordinary event is fun for the whole family! There’s a free treasure hunt for children ages 12 and under to enjoy. Concessions will be available at the Civic Center building on Saturday and Sunday.
